Policies
Before you order
Minimum payment is 250 Robux.
Tax is included unless you are otherwise exempt.
Payment is required up front.
Either 50% or full payment to start. You can do a single upfront one-time transaction, or two separate transactions: one at the start and one at the end. If paying in installments, the remaining balance is due before the product is delivered. We charge the 30% Roblox tax on every transaction unless you are exempt.
Products are built externally.
We do not edit scripts inside your existing game. Orders must be self-contained: something you can simply place in your game.
UI design work / UI scripting only.
We do not build games, create 3D models, or handle anything outside of UI design and UI scripting.
Allow reasonable time.
You must be available to communicate with staff in a timely manner throughout the process.
Developers have final say.
We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.
Respect the process.
Rushing us, being disrespectful, or excessively pinging staff will result in your order being canceled. If you have a tight deadline, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Disclaimer
If you have made a payment and we are unable to complete your order, you may choose between a free Arion product of equivalent value or a refund of the amount we received. We will not cover the Roblox transaction tax. Only the amount received by us will be refunded.
